Creator 2.5 does not import External Tools from Creator 2.4 correctly.

1. Start Creator 2.4.1.
2. Select "Tools" -> "External" -> "Configure" from the menu.
3. Select "Uncategorized".
4. Click "Add" and select "Add Tool" from the drop-down menu.
5. Type some name and press "Enter"-key.
   The new tool will be added in "Uncategorized" category.
6. Click "OK".
7. Check menu "Tools" -> "External".
   The new tool from step 4 appears on the highest level of the "External" menu.
8. Quit Creator 2.4.1.
9. Start Creator 2.5.
10. Check menu "Tools" -> "External".
    The new tool from step 4 still appears on the highest level of the "External" menu.
11. Select "Tools" -> "External" -> "Configure" from the menu.
    The tool from step 4 is not being shown. Instead, there's a blank line below the category "Uncategorized".

Creator 2.5 should be able to handle settings from Creator 2.4.1.
