Doc of debugging: Explain the context menu entries in the "Locals and Expressions" view

Please document the context menu entries in the "Locals and Expressions" view.

Especially it would be nice to document the following use case:
Imagine you want to inspect the values of a QMap-like structure. Via the menu entry "Change Local Display Format" > "Compact" you can expand all values at once, which is quite useful.
