Project Explorer does not show folders without CPP files

    Description

      I am building an autoTools based project (filezilla) using the Autotools plugin enabled in QT Creator. There are a couple of issues. Even though I can build the project successfully (yay), I don't see folders like "include", "resources" in the Project explorer window. These folders do NOT have any cpp file. To view the folders I have to add an empty cpp file.
