QtCreator crashes when including etmcalendar.h from kdepimlibs.

Hi,

Follow the following steps to reproduce:

• git clone git://anongit.kde.org/kdepimlibs.git
• enter the cloned folder to checkout a branch
• git checkout calendaring
• create a new Qt project in QtCreator. It must be something with QMake and C++ other then that you can do anything.
• add: INCLUDEPATH += <folder to the cloned kdepimlibs>
• add "#include <akonadi/calendar/etmcalendar.h>

Now QtCreater should crash.
