QML outline should display a tool tip

QML outline displays all QML elements and their properties including the properties' values.

If you've got multi-line values for some properties - these will be displayed as '<ContentOfFirstNonBlankLine>...'.

There's no way to get the whole value except when clicking on the value and determine yourself. It would be nice if the outline could bring up a tool tip for at least the properties including their whole values. (the elements displayed inside the outline do have the whole values - but the delegate cuts them down to the approach mentioned above)
