"Add to Version Control" dialog too big

When adding files e.g. to a .qrc file the obligatory "Add to Version Control" dialog pops up. The problem with it is that it can easily get too big, up to the point where it doesn't fit any more on a screen.

Some suggestions to improve the dialog:

• don't show full paths, or shorten them (/../ style)
• Add a QScrollArea for the actual file list, such that a scrollbar is shown for overly lengthy lists of files
