Pinnable tooltip does not update while stepping over on Mac

Steps to reproduce:

• open tests/manual/debugger/simple.pro
• place a breakpoint to BREAK_HERE line of testChar()
• debug; after hitting breakpoint open the pinnable tooltip for s and step over

Expected behaviour:

• tooltip content updates as locals and expressions does

Current behaviour:

• tooltip elements are greyed out and updates are done in locals and expressions only
