Editable set of languages for Code Style

For now Qt Creator offer settings only for two programming languages C++ and Qt Quick. It will be nice if user can add and remove programming languages to configure Code Style for each language.

For example, we use spaces as indentation in C++ , but we must use tabs while editing Makefiles, two or four spaces in C++ and fixed four spaces in Python, mixed settings(tabs or spaces) for java, etc...

So then Options -> "C++" is to be renamed to Language (or something like that), and on the right pane we can choose language and per-language settings. Qt-Quick settings also can be moved there.

Same thing per project settings.
