Windows 7 Start menu entry for all users

I have a domain administrator account which I have to use to install the Qt. I click on the offline installer and choose run as administrator, the I enter my administrator account credentials to launch the installation process.
After installation the start menu entry is missing for my normal domain account, although I had checked it in the setup dialog.

I always have to manually copy the start menu from
C:\Users\MY_DOMAIN_ADMIN_ACCOUNT\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Qt SDK
to
C:\Users\MY_DOMAIN_ACCOUNT\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Qt SDK

This happened also to me when installing the qt sdk:

Sorry for reporting twice, but I could find no way to update that old bug report to fill version 5.0.x.
