canceling the installation could result in uninstalled "force" tagged components

Then the user is not able to install these components again, because the tree shows these items as disabled(he can't unselect and in this case even select it). So the updater should show these components as updates and in installer mode these components should installed automaticaly if the user selects something different.

PS: was: Canceling Qt Creator update results in an uninstalled Qt Creator, but the user can't install it, because Qt Creator is a forced installed component.
