bugreports.qt-project.org misdetects Russian timezones

    Description

      I live in Yekaterinburg. When I type this bug, the clock shows 22:30. The appropriate timezone is Asia/Yekaterinburg (GMT+6). However, bugreports.qt-project.org insists that I am at GMT+7 (Omsk), which is wrong.
