Improve the use-case when content is edited but user is not signed in

It happens to me sometimes that when I start doing a review and right after clicking the save button, I get a pop up asking to either sign in or cancel the operation. I believe it's perfectly fine to get such warning if you've been signed out, however it would be interesting to preserve the typed content or allow the user to somehow cancel and still copy it from the original input. Currently whatever the option is you will end up loosing that data.
