No way to view comments from the command line queries

Currently there is no way to view comments when accessing gerrit from the command line. inline comment view with unified diffs is not strictly necessary, just being able to view the comments at all would be a good start. It is detrimental to CLI users if they have to access the web interface to view comments when everything else is available CLI.

There appears to be a --comments in one of the prerelease gerrits I've seen lying around - presumably this provides that functionality ( so it may already be written; just deploy it).
