Gerrit shows diff for binary files even if they were not changed between two patch sets

Even if there was no change between two patch sets of the same change, showing the side-by-side diff between two patch sets leads gerrit to show some (non existing) differences.

See for instance http://codereview.qt-project.org/15585 : testdata files were not changed but they're shown as if they were.
