Investigate Mac OS X Lion fullscreen behavior in the CI system

OS X Lion features an animated transition to fullscreen, causing at least one known test failure in tst_QStatusBar::setSizeGripEnabled().

Adding a delay after the call to showFullScreen here fixed the failure locally, but the test still failed on the CI system. See https://codereview.qt-project.org/#change,20784 .
