Fix temporatily disabled Qt4 autotest

Disabled the following auto tests in Qt4 repo to get CI passing in Digia infra:

tst_networkselftest: Infra is missing OpenSSL.
tst_qthread and tst_qxmlquery: Timed out after 450 seconds
