Make the Qt MSVC docs not need internet access if not using the custom Google search

I am using Qt 4.6.0 with the VS addin 1.1.2. Every time I display the Qt help, I get a Internet explorer proxy password popup.

If I deny the request, I get a Javascript error: 'google' is undefined. If I select not to continue running scripts I get two more proxy password popups...
I believe that the custom google search tries to connect to the internet and is triggering a proxy request.
