      Concering the already closed QTBUG-5987

      Sorry for my late response, much to do in the last months...

      The given hint by Jörg Bornemann was quite good, but not the permission of ".qmake.cache" has to be changed... Instead i have found the following workaround today

      Change user permission to full access of following file:

      ...\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\vcpackages\WCE.VCPlatform.config

      Setting QT-Version within the QT-Addin to "WinCE Wm 6 Professional SDK" and creating a new WinCE project works than as expected as standard user as well.

      Maybe this of interest for somebody...
