QVector, QMap and other templates do not display a preview value in the debugger

When debugging in Visual Studio, the VS debugger displays previews of
data content in containers via the autoexp.dat file. VSAddon patches this file to display Qt types accordingly, but this is broken with VS2010 and Qt5.
Instead, only "error" is displayed, which makes Qt virtually unusable with the VS debugger.

That works, but i was unable to get QMap<> to work.
