When a user tries to edit a page they are not allowed to (for example I wanted to fix a link error in http://developer.qt.nokia.com/wiki/Qt_Contribution_Guidelines) could the edit page "You are not allowed to edit this page." header have a button to raise a JIRA issue against this page added?
Ideally (after authentication) opening the JIRA create issue page with some of the context already filled in.
