QQuickImageProvider documentation does not render some of the examples

Looking at the QQuickImageProvider Qt 5.0 at documentationhttp://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5.0/qtquick/qquickimageprovider.html I've noticed some of the code snippets with examples are not displayed. In particular, the two boxes after the "An example" section.

Looking at the original Qt 4.x documenatation at http://harmattan-dev.nokia.com/docs/library/html/qt4/qdeclarativeimageprovider.html it seems that the snippets do exist in the documentation, but on the Qt 5 docs they're not displayed for some reason.
