track dependencies of properties in project files

Changing build property P should invalidate all nodes that are dependent of P (e.g. preprocessor defines, include paths, compiler settings).
Thus changing linker properties should not affect the compiler transformers.

The properties themselves need to depend on other properties they are derived from, the file they are defined in, and possibly directories where files which chould change them could appear.
