Allow QTextEdit setAlignment to apply to new paragraphs

    Description

      This suggestion is to allow QTextEdit to apply any alignment values set besides the default (center alignment and right alignment) to new paragraphs entered into the QTextEdit.

      The current behavior resets the alignment with every new paragraph, resetting back to left alignment.
