Qt applications do not recognize the availability of QtWebKit if Qt is built without QtWebKit and QtWebKit is installed separately

    Description

      When Qt is configured with -no-webkit, then QT_CONFIG does not contain webkit. QT_CONFIG is defined by mkspecs/qconfig.pri

      When QtWebKit is installed afterwards into Qt, QT_CONFIG remains without webkit.
