lupdate's namespace handling confused by #define

lupdate is confused by non-empty #define statements which immediately follow the opening of a namespace

e.g., make ts-de in Qt Creator 2.1 prints:

filenamevalidatinglineedit.cpp:95: tr() cannot be called without context
filenamevalidatinglineedit.cpp:104: tr() cannot be called without context
filenamevalidatinglineedit.cpp:106: tr() cannot be called without context
filenamevalidatinglineedit.cpp:117: tr() cannot be called without context
filenamevalidatinglineedit.cpp:128: tr() cannot be called without context
