Remove old, unnecessary networkaccessmanager code from demos/embedded/qml* demos

The qml* demos were created at a time when Qt 4.7 didn't have proper network bearer support. The networkaccessmanager code found in the demos was originally copied from old qmlviewer, where it has been later removed as it is not needed anymore. The qml* demos need to be cleaned up as well.
