Symbian: Softkeys example application layouts incorrectly in "Fullscreen with softkeys" mode after orientation switch

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open softkeys example application from fluidlauncher or application menu when phone is in portrait mode
2) Change phone to landscape mode and back
3) Click "Loop SK window type" button until mode is "Fullscreen with softkeys"

--> Screen is clearly layoutted incorrectly.

There are also other miscellaneous layout problems in various modes. E.g. if you omit step 2 above, the "Loop..." button is partially hidden behind softkeys.
