sources & forms view displays bogus message

    Description

      open for example assistant_de.ts as of now. the sources & forms view will display a message 

      File [...]/translations not readable

      this makes no sense - this is a folder, not a file. this is probably the result of resolving an empty string against the TS file's containing directory.
