add some DEBUG_DISPLAY debug info

On a lot of embedded devices, it's tedious to debug and trace display related problems.

One suggestion is to add a conditional define QWS_DEBUG_DISPLAY to output trace information about exposed areas and which areas are blitted to the screen.
