[Regression] Dynamic sorting of a QSortFilterProxyModel on a QSqlTableModel with OnManualSubmit is broken (4.7 regression)

If you have a QSortFilterProxyModel with a QSqlTableModel as a source and that source model has an EditStrategy of OnManualSubmit newly added rows will not be sorted properly. See the attached unit test.

This is a regression in 4.7, this test passing on 4.6.3.
