MouseArea needs to allow global capturing

Commonly when an application is displaying a popout such as a menu pane,
clicking anywhere outside the popout should close it, even if the use clicks
outside the application rectangle. Thus the MouseArea needs a property that
makes it the receiver of all mouse events, wherever they occur on the whole
screen.
