Focus frame should be optional for Symbian widgets

On Symbian non-touch phones, a focus frame is drawn for widgets that currently have the keypad focus.
In some cases this is undesirable and there is no easy way to tell Qt not to show the frame for a specific widget. e.g: single widget on a tab page shouldn't have a frame.
