Platform - Symbian compatibility notes need clarification

From here, two bits of information are missing:

1) Qt does not work on N96.

(Due to lack of floating-point support I think)

2) Symbian^3 is not backwards compatible to S^1 (S60 5th). If you build against S^3 you cannot run against any prior Symbian OS version.

3) need to update the page to say Qt is compatible with Symbian^3 and tier 1 tested on Nokia N8.
