Custom QML element names shouldn't have "QML" in the beginning of the documentation.

For the Qt Components project, we have QML elements (Button, for example), but the names have "QML " in front. We would like the components to simply say the element name.

For example, we want to have:
"Button Component"
instead, we have:
"QML Button Element"

Also, the generated HTML files all have "qml-" in front of the name. For example, "qml-button.html". It would be nice to have the file named "qt-components-button.html" instead.
