Inflexible focus handling in QGraphicsScene [Bugzilla 228198]

In MeeGo Touch, we have focusable text edits inside pannable areas. Whenever
panning starts, we'd usually lose focus from any potentially focused text edit.
That's ugly (hides virtual keyboard, confuses user).

In order to keep panning free of side effects, we tried different solutions but
in the end none proved sustainable so far.

I am now convinced that we need a small fix in Qt itself which would allow us
to take complete control over focus handling. Bug 228183 cannot be fixed
without it.

Note that this is currently not reproducable, since libmeegotouch has a
workaround in place. That workaround will be removed however, one 0.20.85-1
hits unreleased. The workaround was removed, because it caused several other
bugs (see bug 216904 for details).
