horizontal scrolling with mouse wheel in itemviews

We should allow horizontal scrolling with mouse wheel when the vertical scrollbar is not visible. Windows has this behaviour in their itemviews. And our behaviour looks very weird in the file open dialog in listview mode - you have a lot of files in a directory and there is a horizontal scrollbar (vertical scrollbar is not possible in listview mode), but you can't use your mouse wheel to scroll the long list.
So I suppose we should implement windows behaviour - when there is a vertical scroll bar - then mouse wheel should scroll vertically, but if vertical scrollbar isn't visible, then the wheel should do horizontal scrolling.
