    Description

      Hi,

      I work with Qt 4.7.2 under Windows Seven.

      I try to use the encodeName() function for convert a file path to locale.
      Unfortunately, if the path contains Hebrew chars, the encodeName() function converts them in '?'...

      I did some tests :

      • It works on Windows Vista - fr
      • The same problem exists with the function QString::toLocal8Bit()
      • QTextCodec::codecForLocale()->name() is : "System"

      Thanks
