add to QVarLengthArray a member function to release unused memory

Given that QVarLengthArray is a "low level" class, it should have a "low level" function that allows to fine tune memory usage, by releasing heap-allocated memory if size falls below the fixed allocation parameter.
It could be named squeeze(), in analogy to QVector::squeeze().
