Loading of one specific PNG image fails with Qt Example application 'Icons' on Windows

    Description

      Open the Qt Example application 'Icons' from /examples/widgets/icons/.
      Select 'File' - 'Add images' from the Icons application and select the attached 'PROVI_48.png' image.

      Expected result:
      attached .png image is added to Icons application

      Error:
      loading of attached .png image is failing, please see the attached stack trace. Error cannot be reproduced with X11 (tested with Ubuntu 10.04 + Qt 4.7.3).
