Problems with rendering a SVG file

With the attached SVG file when using the raster paint engine there are a couple of draw errors, one on the bottom left where the line is drawn outside of the rectangle and one in the middle where there is a gap where the line has not been completely drawn. This does not happen with the native paint engine on Mac so this is a raster specific problem.

The attached SVG file can be loaded in the svgviewer example to reproduce this problem, in comparison to it being loaded in a browser to see the difference.
