    Description

      This is an application that launches as a "welcome" app on having just installed a package of Qt3D. This is particularly important on Windows, as users expect an app to launch after running the installer.

      It is also a diagnostic tool so that bug reports and problem analysis can improve. Users reporting issues can run this tool to get critical data to attach to a bug report.

      The app could be based on the existing qglinfo code.
