Qt Quick Components docs should be made visible from Qt reference main page

    Description

      A link to Qt Quick Components doc set should also be added to "UI Creation with Qt" section in the main page of Qt Reference documentation (both for Qt 4.7.4 and Qt 4.8 releases):

      Note: Originally this bug report contained also doc.qt.nokia.com update for the Components but that's reported as QTWEBSITE-292.
