QPixmap::grabWindow(...) does not work on Windows 7

    Description

      On Windows 7, QPixmap::grabWindow() does not work when given "QApplication::activeWindow()->winId()". The JPEG image is a blank, white rectangle. (Note: on WinXP it works well)

      It works when given "QApplication::desktop()->winId()". The JPEG image is that of the entire screen.
