Insufficient help and tutorials

    Description

      As a developer tool, three lines of help is insufficient.
      There should be at least a rich text help page to be displayed, with some basic operation manual and a short tutorial for user to understand what the tool does, how to do things right.

      DOD: the user can use help/tutorial to get familiar with the tool and use it.
