QTabBar: When changing the tab text it should not cause the tabbar to scroll if the tab is still visible

QTabBar: When changing the tab text it should not cause the tabbar to scroll if the tab is still visible.

In the following test case simply scroll and watch it get scrolled back when the timer fires.
