Improvements to the multimedia documentation (QAudioInput/QAudioOutput)

The QAudio- input/output class are not always intuitive to use, additional examples and information about "best practice" would be of great value.

Examples on what could be added for better user experience:

• Explanations about pull and push mode (benefits using one over the other?)
• Use of the buffers.
• What libraries are used for e.g Windows, Linux, Mac. Async library calls?
• Platform dependent behaviors.
• States:
• Will the sound be muted when the state changes to idle? If not should this be handled by the user?

• The notify signal (QAudioInput) does not work in push-mode (Can not find that this is specified in the documentation).
