QT_NO_DIRECTFB_WM and QT_NO_DIRECTFB_LAYER cause compilation errors

    Description

      When QT_NO_DIRECTFB_WM and/or QT_NO_DIRECTFB_LAYER is defined, compilation of Qt breaks with erorr messages, telling about "the class xxx does not have a member named "dfbXXXX". This seems to be caused by some missing #ifdefs

      files effected: qdirectfbwindowsurface.cpp
