Group the Qt Quick elements according to the functionality they provide

    Description

      The Qt Quick elements (http://doc-snapshot.qt-project.org/5.0/qtquick-elements.html) should be grouped with the \ingroup command.
      The grouping should follow the group identified in the qtquick-elements.html

      Task:
      Create a group page with the \group command. List of groups can/will change
      \group qtquick-positioners
      \group qtquick-items
      \group qtquick-graphics
      \group qtquick-text
      \group qtquick-interaction
      \group qtquick-positioners
      \group qtquick-transformations
      \group qtquick-states
      \group qtquick-animation-transition
      \group qtquick-property-animation
      \group qtquick-model-data
      \group qtquick-views
      \group qtquick-paths
      \group qtquick-utility
      \group qtquick-accessibility

      To create a group, create a directory src/quick/doc/src/group and add the \group in a qdoc file. Don't forget to add the "\annotatedlist qtquick-<groupname>" in the Qt Quick Elements page.
