Adapt Qt3D to Qt Graphic Stack changes

The underlying QML scenegraph depth test methods have changed as described in :

This may require a 2 step integration - first when detect whether this change is in the underlying Qt code and correct for it, then once that integrates properly, remove the detection code and just use the new method.
