tabletEvent not called on Mac with a Wacom graphics tablet

    Description

      On a Mac with the above Qt versions, attempting to use the graphics tablet fails and produces the following console output:

      QCocoaView handleTabletEvent: This tablet device is unknown (received no proximity event for it). Discarding event.

      tabletEvent is also not called.

      This issue does not occur in Qt 4.8.0, 4.8.1, 4.8.2 and 4.8.3 on Windows 7 x86 and x86-64, and in Qt 4.7.4 on the same Mac with the same graphics tablet.
